President of Google EMEA in Cairo

President of Google EMEA Nikesh Arora will arrive to Cairo on a two days visit starting the 4th of June. During his visit Mr. Arora will host Google’s Regional Office launch in Egypt. He is also giving keynote speeches at the British Egyptian Business Association (BEBA) and the Economist Conference about “The Internet as an engine for economic growth”, a key topic for the promising markets in the Middle East and Africa, and the well established ones in Europe.
This new operational office enables Google to better serve its Arabic-speaking users, advertisers, and partners in Egypt and throughout the Arabic-speaking region. Google is committed to helping its users in their daily lives by providing them with free access to information and tools with an ultimate goal to be available across any device and in any language.
As President of Google EMEA, Nikesh manages and develops Google’s operations in the European, Middle Eastern and African markets. He is responsible for creating and expanding strategic partnerships in these regions for the benefit of Google’s growing number of users and advertisers who together through advertising and publisher monetization products join Google generating significant revenues for individuals, small businesses and companies as well as creation of jobs.
Nikesh holds an MS and CFA certification from Boston College and an MBA from Northeastern University, all of which were awarded with distinction.
