Here is the new sales policy;
First thing to do, is to increase your price. When the customer accepts the price, you say that you are sorry that you are not going to supply to him as some other customer is willing to pay a higher price. When the original customer accepts the price and has an order confirmation, you appologize saying that you do not have enough capacity to supply.
