The 1800 hours train to Alex

Posted on | February 27, 2005 |

Bet that many of you readers of this Blog have tried the adventure of travelling by train inside Egypt. Train no. 921 better known as the 1800 hour train to Alex is supposed to be one of the best in the country. So what am I complaining about?

- The symphonic sounds of the bastard snoring in the seat ahead of me.
- It smells like some one has been cooking chinese or indian food in here and has not washed afterwards.
- The symphonic sounds of the bastard snoring in the seat ahead of me.
- The unbeatable aroma and escence of the shoes which have been taken off. Also add the smell of feet and socks.
- The symphonic sounds of the bastard snoring in the seat ahead of me.
- The Filth of the seats and almost every part of this “First Class” carriage.
- The symphonic sounds of the bastard snoring in the seat ahead of me.
- The bathroom; You can figure that out. And if you are by any chance part of the Belge football team then you have experienced it.
- The symphonic sounds of the bastard snoring in the seat ahead of me.
- The ViBraTioNs… I will definitely need a hemoroid check.
- Did I mention the symphonic sounds of the bastard snoring in the seat ahead of me?
- And so on it continues the never ending list…

    Poor you..
The smell is part of the public transportation in our beloved country Egypt (First class or not) which Unfortunately is unavoidable.

And by the way try putting on your headphones to beat the symphonic sounds of the bastard snoring in the seat ahead of you..

    Better luck next time Champ..8-)
